The KHMU organized the first union-management joint workship together with the National Assoication of Local Medical Centers (NALMC) in 19 and 20 May. The NALMC is a kind of employers association representing the managements of local medical centers which are public heathcare agency regulated by local goverements. Both parties reached common understandings on several issues: the lack of financial resourcess for local heathcare service and the insuffuient level of hosptial staffing and the expansion of the roles of central and local goverments.
