On 12 march, the Citizens Congress for National Health Insurance as Single Payer started its nation-wide campaign for the popular signature. Cho Eunsook, vice president of KHMU, said, "KHMU has been in the forefront of the national campaign for the national health insurance  since its inception under the flag of 'health for all'. And, we will do our best to achieve a free healthcare for all with our 40,000 members." The Citizens Congress has been made in Seoul, Gangwon, Daejeon and Jeju so far.
