KHMU organized the national forum concerning the 2011 collective bargaining on 4 March, 2011. 60 union leaders at national/provincial/local levels including KHMU president, Na Soon-ja joined the forum. The participants discussed the 2011 CBA demands, negotiation strategy and stabilised finance of KHMU and effective communication between locals and headoffice.
